The older I get, the more I listen to my body. And how do I do that? I pay attention to energy because energy does lie. If a place or someone's energy is not aligned with mine, I don't entertain it. I choose to surround myself with positivity because the world is so negative and through positive thinking, I protect my mental health. Now, don't get me wrong because I do have moments when I'm stressed out about something but I make sure that whatever is stressing me is not going to last more than 24hrs. I either try and fix it within those 24hrs and if I can't, I let it go and I tell myself "It was not meant to be."
